- Creating and administering content on all social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, to build an audience and ensure customer engagement.
- Building the brand and storytelling through our social media channels, ensuring that the content published adds visibility and awareness while consistently representing the brand’s voice, style, and image.
- Generating, editing, publishing, and sharing daily content.
- Monitoring day-to-day conversations and activity across all social media platforms.
- Maintaining several Facebook accounts through copywriting, photography, editing, and creating advertisements.
- Proofreading, editing, and formatting text and images, designing cover art, and adjusting program function for each title.
- Increasing followers’ participation.
- Answering queries and concerns of clients.
- Handle and monitor Shopee account of MTC Ads and General Merchandise.
- Staying on top of the latest social media trends
- Performs additional duties as assigned by the Management.
