Job Summary

The Social Media Marketer is responsible for managing and growing the company’s online presence across all digital platforms, promoting automotive products, generating leads, and strengthening brand awareness through strategic content and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management

• Manage and maintain company accounts (Facebook).
• Plan and schedule daily/weekly content postings
• Monitor messages, comments, and customer inquiries

Content Creation

• Create engaging content (photos, videos, reels, product highlights)
• Design promotional materials for new and existing automotive products
• Coordinate with production team for actual product shoots (e.g., car accessories installation)

Marketing & Growth

• Develop and execute social media marketing strategies
• Run paid ads (Facebook Ads, boosting posts, campaigns)
• Increase followers, engagement, and conversions

Lead Generation & Sales Support

• Respond to inquiries and convert leads into sales
• Coordinate with sales team for order processing
• Promote promos, discounts, and new product launches

Analytics & Reporting

• Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversion)
• Analyze trends and recommend improvements
• Prepare weekly/monthly marketing reports

Brand & Market Positioning

• Maintain consistent brand identity across platforms
• Monitor competitors and industry trends
• Suggest new marketing ideas aligned with automotive market

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred)
• Proven experience in social media marketing or digital marketing
• Knowledge in Facebook Ads Manager and analytics tools
• Skills in graphic design (Canva, Photoshop) and video editing
• Strong communication and customer service skills
