Job Responsibilities:

• Create, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
• Monitor social media accounts and respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries.
• Engage with followers to build brand awareness and community.
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams on campaigns and promotions.
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and emerging platforms.
• Prepare regular reports on engagement, reach, and campaign performance.
• Ensure all content aligns with the company's brand voice and guidelines.

Qualifications

• Preferably have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or any related field
• Prior experience in managing social media accounts or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and best practices.
• Experience with social media management tools.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to analyze data and adjust strategies based on performance.
