Job description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (posts, images, videos, captions)
• Monitor social media trends and suggest new strategies to improve engagement
• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner
• Analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, followers) and prepare reports
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams for campaigns and promotions
• Run and monitor social media ads when needed
• Ensure brand consistency across all platforms

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)
• Proven experience in managing social media accounts
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Familiarity with social media tools and analytics (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Canva, etc.)
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
