Level Up Talent Solutions is looking for a creative and motivated Social Media Associate.If you're passionate about social media, content creation, and digital marketing, this is a great opportunity to grow your skills while supporting campaigns across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the execution of social media strategies
• Assist in creating and publishing content across platforms
• Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages when needed
• Help manage social media accounts
• Assist in preparing basic performance reports
• Support ad campaign setup and monitoring

Qualifications:

• At least 6 months to 1 year of experience or internship in social media management or digital marketing
• Basic understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
• Willing to work on a Graveyard/Night Shift.
• Familiarity with Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, or Google Ads (basic level)
• Good visual sense and familiarity with design tools (Canva or similar)
• Basic knowledge of content creation, scheduling, and engagement
• Willingness to learn social media analytics, reporting, and optimization
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required)
