Requirement

Educational Qualifications: Minimum of a Diploma degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in social media management or marketing.
Skills and Competencies: Proficient in research, marketing strategies, project management, and social media platforms.
Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in campaign development, manage social media accounts, and analyze engagement metrics.
Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with occasional remote work; may require extended hours during campaigns.
Qualities and Traits: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, creative thinking, attention to detail, and adaptability.
