- Develop and manage social media strategies to promote Rural Bank Of Pilar's services, enhance customer engagement, and grow our online community in the Banking & Financial Services sector.
- Create and curate engaging content across platforms, ensuring alignment with brand voice and regulatory compliance.
- Analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns and report on social media ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and identify promotional opportunities.
- Stay current with industry trends and make recommendations to keep our bank competitive.
Requirement
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency with social media platforms, excellent communication, and creative content creation skills, SEO understanding, data analytics competency.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Develop and implement social media strategies, create engaging content, monitor analytics, and adjust strategies as needed.
- Working Conditions: Dynamic office setting; may require occasional overtime and weekend updates.
- Qualities and Traits: Creative, adaptable, team player with strong attention to detail and a passion for social media trends.
