Description
- Conduct land surveys and prepare detailed reports on findings.
- Collaborate with engineers and architects on project specifications.
- Evaluate and analyze survey data to determine land characteristics.
- Ensure compliance with legal regulations regarding land use.
- Assist in land development planning and housing construction projects.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of professional experience in surveying
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in surveying techniques, land development, and contract specifications
- Qualities and Traits: Strong observation skills and attention to detail
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ensure accurate measurements and data collection
- Working Conditions: Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
