Job Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated Project in Charge to assist the Project Manager in overseeing HVAC construction projects on-site. This role involves leading the execution of projects, coordinating with property management, and ensuring timely completion of all tasks related to HVAC installations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Assist the Project Manager in coordinating on-site HVAC construction activities.

2. Lead and manage personnel on-site to ensure successful project execution and completion.

3. Prepare necessary materials before construction and facilitate communication with property management to support the Project Manager.

4. Maintain communication with property management personnel during and after construction to assist in project oversight.

5. Collect data on project construction acceptance and coordinate with property management for acceptance, supporting the Project Manager in related tasks.

6. Report and escalate issues to management as needed to ensure smooth project flow.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

2. Proficient in the principles of VRF systems or water-cooled systems.

3. At least 1 year of experience in handling HVAC projects.

4. Project management skills are a plus.

5. Ability to assess and diagnose faults in air-conditioning systems and provide effective solutions.

6. Proficient in addressing general air-conditioning equipment and system failures.

7. Excellent interpersonal communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
