Project In Charge

Lead and manage tile and interior installation projects for TTG's premium showroom and client sites. You'll oversee on-site crews, coordinate with clients and suppliers, and ensure every project is delivered on time, on budget, and to our quality standards.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Manage day-to-day on-site installation operations
• Review project plans, specs, and Bill of Materials
• Supervise installation crews and subcontractors
• Monitor schedules and resolve site issues promptly
• Handle punch listing and project turnover to clients
• Submit progress reports and documentation to management

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related; PRC License preferred
• 2–3 years site supervision experience
• Background in tile or interior fit-out installation is a plus
• Can read floor plans and technical drawings
• Willing to work on-site and travel to project locations
