- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
- License is an advantage but not required
- Around 3-4 years’ experience in the field of Architecture & Design
- Must have integrity, initiative, and be flexible and proactive
- Experience of interpreting and understanding local utilities rules, design codes
- Adaptable to work in fast-phased working environmental which job descriptions include but not limited to:
- Reviews CAD drawings, renderings, layouts, study models, construction documents, and color boards prepared by Architectural Designers.
- Writes construction specifications and prepares detailed requisitions for equipment and materials when needed. Interfaces with suppliers as required.
- Coordinates work with engineering and construction units at project site.
- Reviews, approves, and issues detailed design and construction drawings and specifications prepared by others.
- Provides technical guidance to Architectural staff working on the same project.
- Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate
- Plan and conduct minor modifications to complete detailed drawing sets
- Monitor preparation of technical drawings
