RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Supervise and monitor architectural works on site
• Ensure compliance with approved plans, specifications, and standards
• Coordinate with the Project Manager, engineers, foremen, and subcontractors
• Monitor project progress, quality, and workmanship
• Review plans and assist in resolving site issues
• Prepare and submit necessary site reports and documentation
Job Requirements
• Licensed Architect (preferred)
• With Fit-Out / Construction experience
• Knowledgeable in site supervision, architectural plans, and construction works
• Able to coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project teams
• Can monitor site progress and ensure quality of work
• Willing to work on-site and handle project requirements
• Good communication and coordination skills cessary site reports and documentation
