- Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day activities of sites, including monitoring progress, quality control, and safety protocols
- Interpret and implement engineering drawings, specifications, and project plans
- Collaborate with architects, project managers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure seamless project delivery
- Conduct site inspections, identify and address potential problems, and recommend solutions
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reporting on project progress, expenses, and compliance
- Provide technical support and guidance to the workers ensuring they follow best practices and adhere to safety standards
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- PRC Licensed Civil Engineer
- Experience in Property maintenance, building systems or construction projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes
- Can perform cost estimation and create bills of quantities (BOQ) for construction projects
- Proficient in using Autocad software
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Preferably can drive manual and automatic transmission vehicles with valid drivers license
