Job Description
- Supervise and coordinate daily operations on the shop floor.
- Lead a team of workers to ensure tasks are performed efficiently and safely.
- Monitor and maintain equipment and tools in good working condition.
- Provide training and support to team members as needed.
- Assist in scheduling and planning workloads for the team.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Responsibilities and Duties: Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed
- Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure
