Collaborate closely with stakeholders and the development team to define and document detailed user requirements and specifications for new HR & recruitment software solutions.
Analyze and prioritize requirements, and maintain a living document of system enhancements for optimized user experience.
Serve as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical users, ensuring clear communication and understanding of the recruitment processes at Career Professionals, Inc.
Facilitate requirements workshops, peer reviews, and other work sessions to achieve effective outcomes.
Develop use cases, workflow diagrams, and acceptance criteria to align software capabilities with business goals.

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience Level: 5-10 years of proven experience in requirements engineering, business analysis, or a related field.
Skills and Competencies: Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking skills, proficiency in requirement management software, understanding of complex information systems, and knowledge of project management practices.
Responsibilities and Duties: Defining and managing system requirements, preparing use cases, creating detailed business analysis, and being a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams.
Working Conditions: Office setting with occasional travel for client meetings or team collaboration. Might require extended hours to meet project deadlines.
