Supervise field inspection and investigation of existing structures, ensuring accurate data collection, adherence to procedures, and compliance with safety and quality standards prior to repair or retrofitting works.

Qualifications

  • B.S. Civil Engineering (Licensed Preferred)
  • 5+ years in structural inspection, investigation, or condition assessment.
  • Experience supervising site inspection activities.
  • Knowledge of structural defects (cracks, corrosion, spalling, settlement)
  • Familiar with reinforced concrete, steel, and masonry structures.
  • Experience with NDT methods (Rebound Hammer, Rebar Scanning, UPV)
  • Ability to read drawings and prepare inspection reports.
  • Willingness to travel to project sites

Technical & Software Skills :

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiar with AutoCAD and digital inspection tools.

  • Strong leadership and coordination skills
  • Good communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Commitment to safety and quality

Schedule: Monday to Friday (Compressed Working Hours) 7:30am to 6:00pm

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
