Responsibilities:

• Overall in-charge of elevator and escalator construction projects.

• Completes engineering projects by organizing and coordinating project elements.

• Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, and resolving problems.

• Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan, scheduling changes, and recommending actions.

• Controls project costs by overseeing expenditures and contractor contracts.

• Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.

• Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.

• Oversees and liaises with government agencies for relevant permits involved in the construction project.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Others) or equivalent.

• Required skill(s): AutoCad.

• Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Engineering - Mechanical/Automotive or equivalent.

• Outstanding documentation, organization, and problem-solving skills

• Proactive and can work independently under pressure
