Job Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Degree: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, or any related course.
• Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of solid experience in interior fit-out or renovation projects. Experience specifically in "Design & Build" setups is a major plus.
• Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the National Building Code of the Philippines and local construction standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Create detailed work breakdown structures (WBS) and schedules.
• Budget Oversight: Manage project budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure high-quality procurement of materials without overspending.
• Site Coordination: Lead regular site inspections and meetings to ensure work is progressing according to the architectural plans and safety standards.
• Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and the internal design team.
• Risk Management: Identify potential bottlenecks or site issues early and implement effective solutions to keep projects on track.
