JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a Site Locator to find and identify good locations for future store branches. This is a field-based role that requires traveling to different areas to scout potential sites.

Responsibilities:

• Search for and identify potential store locations.
• Visit different areas to assess foot traffic and business opportunities.
• Gather property and landlord information.
• Coordinate with property owners regarding available spaces.
• Submit site reports and recommendations.

Qualifications:

• High School Graduate or above.
• With 1–3 years of experience in site sourcing, real estate, or a related field.
• Must know how to drive a motorcycle and possess a valid driver's license.
• Own motorcycle is an advantage.
• Willing to do extensive fieldwork and travel.
• Observant, resourceful, and self-motivated.
