- Installation Teams

Key Responsibilities
- Lead all project execution activities.
- Ensure installation schedules are achieved.
- Improve installation efficiency and productivity.
- Oversee engineering, design, technical support, and field services.
- Monitor project costs and gross margins.
- Resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Drive KPI performance.
- Implement SOPs and quality standards.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop future operational leaders.
Qualifications
- Registered Electrical Engineer
- 7–10 years in operations or project management
- 3–5 years leading managers
- Strong leadership and planning skills
- ERP experience (Odoo preferred)
