Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree inCivil, Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering fields
• Minimum 5–7 years insite/project management with at least 2 years as lead; Licensed Civil Engineer (preferred)
• Project scheduling, quantity surveying, AutoCAD/PlanSwift/MS Project
• Proven ability to lead and manage project and cross-functional teams
• Basic knowledge of engineering principles, construction practices, and safety regulations

Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Mobilization: Assist in project start-ups, scheduling, and site mobilization.

• Site Supervision: Oversee daily site activities, manpower, subcontractors, and materials; ensure compliance with plans and standards.

• Quality & Compliance: Conduct inspections, enforce codes, and resolve site issues.

• Budget Monitoring: Track costs, materials, and project progress.

• Site Assistance: Support engineers with measurements, tests, and verification.

• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain reports, permits, schedules, and project records.

• HSE Compliance: Enforce safety policies, conduct toolbox meetings, and manage incident reporting.

• Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with clients, consultants, and vendors.

• Other Tasks: Perform duties assigned by the immediate superior.
