- Oversee daily operations and manage site activities .
- Ensure project milestones are met while upholding safety and quality standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, supervise staff, and liaise with stakeholders.
- Implement efficient processes and cost-control measures.
- Drive continuous improvement and compliance with industry regulations.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
- Experience Level: Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in site management or a related to Automotive, Heavy Equipment, Tire Sales or Servicing in dealership for a full-time position in Cebu City.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in project management software, excellent leadership, communication, and budgeting skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee daily operations, manage site resources, ensure project timelines and budgets are met, maintain safety protocols.
- Working Conditions: Must be able to work on-site, in various weather conditions and be prepared for physical activities.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership, decisiveness, problem-solving abilities, and good negotiation skills.
