Description

The Site Civil Engineer must be involved in the planning, organization, and supervision of the construction project.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Examines and monitors building codes, by-laws, space and site requirements, and other technical documents and reports to ensure that the project compliance and regulations are met
  • Uses engineering software to produce and check designs, working drawings, charts, forms, and records
  • Supervises and handles construction crews
  • Makes evaluations and reports about the project status
  • Coordinates with architects and mechanical and electrical engineers regarding building plans
  • Coordinates with project developers/subcontractors and material suppliers in relation to project accomplishment
  • Provides ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned from time to time to support to the department and the Company

 

Employment Status: Project-based

Work Location: Saekyung Ocean Residences Project Site, Suba Basbas, Lapu-Lapu City

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree graduate in Civil Engineering
  • Licensed Civil Engineer
  • Must have at least 2 years of related work experience
