- Manage daily operations for the Shopee platform including listings and inventory.
- Analyze performance metrics to improve seller and customer experience.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes.

- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience in operations or retail.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in sales and marketing, strong communication skills, retail sales experience, knowledge of digital marketing, and data analysis capabilities.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist with daily operations, manage product listings, analyze sales data, and support marketing initiatives.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced retail environment, potential for weekend shifts.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, team player, and ability to adapt in a dynamic setting.
