• Greet and assist customers, answer questions, provide recommendations, and resolve complaints in a courteous and professional manner.
• Inventory Management: Oversee the stocking, arrangement, and replenishment of inventory; manage stock levels and ensure the store is well-supplied.
• Sales & Cash Handling: Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, operate cash registers, handle cash, credit/debit card payments, and provide receipts.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and provide a positive shopping experience.
• Organizational skills: Strong ability to manage inventory, handle multiple tasks, and maintain a well-organized store.
• High school diploma or equivalent (some roles may require further qualifications).
• Previous retail experience is often preferred, but not always required.
