- Lead and supervise the sewing line team to ensure efficient operations and productivity.
- Monitor production quality and ensure adherence to safety standards.
- Train and mentor team members on sewing techniques and machine operation.
Qualifications:
- At least high school graduate or vocational course
- Proficient in all facets of sewing standard operating procedures and process flow
- Basic management skills (planning, organizing, written and v communication skills, decision making, Flexibility leadership, Numerical ability leadership)
- Minimum of two (2) years operational in handling sewing operations in a garment manufacturing
