Service Technician

The Service Technician performs basic maintenance and repair of mechanical equipment and components at customer sites or workshops, working under the guidance of senior technicians. The role follows defined procedures, uses simple trade tools, and assists with equipment assembly, troubleshooting, and routine service tasks.

Key responsibilities include:

• Carrying out basic maintenance, repairs, and parts handling.
• Following EHS policies, reporting hazards, and supporting a zero-harm environment.
• Completing simple work reports and documentation.
• Communicating with customers when required and coordinating with parts & service teams.
• Participating in local training to develop skills in areas such as Load & Haul, Drilling, Automation, BEV systems, and rock drill technologies.
