• Attends to service calls and other service concern of the client

• Updates Team Leader/Supervisor/ Assistant Manager or the customer service staff of status of the services done upon completion of the job

• Properly fill-out service reports with complete details signed and acknowledged by the customer

• After attending service calls, every service repair that went wrong should be explained to the manager and how it was solved

• Submit Service Report, PM Checklist, SP Evaluation Sheet within 24-hours from the time service was done

• Responsible for evaluation of defective units.

• Ensure that recommended spare parts are correct before submitting to the client

• Responsible for requesting and receiving of spare parts from Parts Section

• Responsible for the immediate installation of issued spare parts
