• Conduct repair and maintenance of air conditioning, refrigeration, and kitchen equipment.
• Perform mechanical work related to AC and refrigeration systems.
• Conduct Preventive Maintenance Service (PMS) every 2 months and/or quarterly for kitchen equipment and air conditioning systems, including electrical wiring, panel boards, sockets, lights/bulbs, and ensure all are in good condition and operational.
• Perform repairs on electrical appliances.
• Ensure all technical machinery, equipment, and other related concerns are in good working condition at all times.
• Prepare necessary reports and updates on all technical progress.
• Train branch staff on the prevention of technical problems and basic cleaning of equipment.
• Conduct declogging activities of pipelines across all branches.
• Conduct monthly inspections of branches and prepare documentation.

Job Qualifications:

• Related work experience is a plus but not required
• Willing to work on a night shift schedule
• Willing to be a roving personnel across all MEAPECA branches (Ramen Kuroda & Ramen Shibire)
• Can work with minimal supervision
• Can drive a 4-wheel vehicle
• With valid Driver’s License
