Job Summary:

• The Sales/Service Technician is responsible for delivering effective pest control services to residential and commercial clients while promoting company products and service programs.
• The role combines technical fieldwork with sales responsibilities, ensuring customer satisfaction, safety compliance, and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Service & Technical Duties:

• Perform inspection, treatment, and preventive maintenance for pest control at client sites.
• Identify pest problems, recommend appropriate solutions, and execute treatment plans safely and efficiently.
• Handle and apply chemicals, equipment, and tools in accordance with company policies and government regulations.
• Maintain accurate service records, treatment logs, and reports.
• Monitor and follow up on service effectiveness and client satisfaction.

Sales & Customer Relations:

• Promote pest control programs and additional services to existing and potential clients.
• Conduct site surveys and prepare service proposals and quotations.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through professional service and follow-ups.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales and service performance targets.

Compliance & Safety:

• Follow all safety protocols and PPE requirements during chemical handling and service operations.
• Ensure compliance with local pest control regulations and company standards.
• Attend training and certification programs as required.

Qualifications:

Education:

• At least High School Graduate; Vocational or Technical Course in Agriculture, Biology, or Environmental Science is an advantage.

Experience:

• Preferably with 1–2 years of pest control experience or related technical service work (training may be provided).

Skills:

• Basic knowledge of pest identification and treatment techniques.
• Customer service and communication skills.
• Sales presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently in the field.
• Physically fit and willing to work outdoors.
