As a Service Technician at SJK-Guahan Inc., your primary responsibility will be to perform the assembly of carts and manage all service repairs and maintenance for our SJK-Guahan equipment. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the operational efficiency and reliability of our equipment while delivering exceptional customer service.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform the assembly, and handle all service repairs and maintenance of SJK-Guahan equipment.

• Proficiently troubleshoot service issues, ranging from simple to complicated and complex problems.

• Become familiarize with Club Car, Jacobsen, and Wacker Neuson equipment, understanding their operation and repair requirements.

• Collaborate with the Service Specialist, Service Executive or Workshop Team Leader to address service warranty and parts-related issues.

• Assist in maintenance of inventory for equipment, parts, and tools.

• Provide support to the warehouse team in regularly monitoring parts inventory.

• Maintain a strong focus on customer care, promptly communicating customer feedback to your immediate supervisor.

• Actively identify and report any near-miss or potentially dangerous situations for safety awareness and prevention.

• Promptly report any job-related irregularities or unsafe acts in the shop to ensure immediate correction and maintain a safe working environment.

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES

• At least one year of working experience as a technician or service-related role.

• Intermediate proficiency in English and computer skills.

• Good technical writing skills.

• Familiarity with equipment industry service terms, tools, and procedures, preferably in automotive or similar fields. Basic understanding of diesel engines, hydraulics, and auto electrical systems.

• Strong drive to learn, diligent and punctual to work.

• Strong attention to detail with an ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced setting.

• Proven ability to deliver professionalism with a friendly demeanor via in front of clients.

• Eager to create and encourage a positive work environment.

• Flexible availability, including weekends.

• Graduate of any mechanical or electrical vocational course or at least 1-year in specialized training.
