DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Technically Skilled or familiar with coffee machines.
• Troubleshooting technical issues.
• Diagnosing, repairing & replacing of technical machines familiarity.
• Provide support and assistance to the sales, technical and training team.
• Can train client of basic troubleshooting.
• Can communicate with clients/customers the technical issues being addressed.
• Can multi task.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least College Level, Vocational, or College Graduate.
• Similar experience is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Fast learner and can adopt easily to fast paced working environment.
• Willing to be trained.
