- Diagnose and identify the cause of watch malfunctions.
- Repair or replace damaged, broken or worn-out components, including resizing, dial repair and band adjustments.
- Perform complete watch servicing, including lubrication and assembly, pressure testing & battery replacement.
- Regulate and calibrate automatic and mechanical watch movements for optimal performance.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and explain repair processes.
- Provide precise repair quotations and detailed explanations of required services.
- Ability to test timepiece accuracy and performance using specialized meters and electronic instruments.
- Demonstrate knowledge of various watch movements, brands, and their intricacies.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Manage inventory of watch parts, tools, and equipment.
- Handle invoicing and accurate documentation of repair costs
