- Deliver exceptional on-site service: Perform installations, commissioning, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance on advanced HVAC systems.
- Master complex technical challenges: Resolve intricate equipment issues, ensuring optimal system performance and reliability.
- Proactively enhance system efficiency: Implement preventative maintenance strategies and perform necessary field modifications.
- Cultivate strong client relationships: Communicate effectively, exceeding client expectations and building lasting partnerships.
- Mechanical Engineering Degree: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with a valid professional license.
- VRF/DX Unit Experience: Proven experience with VRF and Split Type DX units (highly preferred).
- Valid Driver's License: For efficient travel to client sites.
- Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional active listening and customer service skills.
