The Equipment Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of semiconductor manufacturing equipment. The technician works closely with engineers, production teams, and other maintenance staff to ensure minimal downtime and optimal equipment performance in a cleanroom environment.
- Graduate of Industrial Technology courses with major of Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical and Electromechanical.
- 2 years technology courses with at least 2 years of experience in semicon/electronics company
- With experience on line sustaining or machine troubleshooting ( wire bond, die attach, mold or test)
