We are searching for a detail-orientated, deadline-driven service engineer to join our growing company.

• Repairing, servicing equipment, creating preventative maintenance strategies, calibrates, validate, checking of the unit, installation, and initial diagnosis of equipment.
• Knowledgeable about machines, and basic knowledge with computer for full service report/output.
• Active listening, quick response and troubleshooting skills.
• Promptly following up on service requests and providing feedback.
• Monitoring equipment and machinery performance and developing preventative maintenance measures.
• Conducting quality assurance and safety checks on all equipment.
• Provides consistent, on-time delivery of complete and properly functioning equipment to customers.
• Coordinates with supervising personnel in order to address questions, problems, and requests related to services.
• Provides a complete and accurate full service report for the equipment immediately after the service is done.
• Performs other tasks assigned by the immediate superior.

• Bachelor’s degree in electronics, electrical, mechanical, engineering or technician
• At least 2 years’ experience working in a similar position.
• TESDA graduate; or bachelor's degree is a plus.
• A highly technical experience.
• A relevant certificate or license is advantage but not required.
• A valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
• Excellent active listening and customer service skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• The ability to deal with multiple requests without being overwhelmed.
