Description
- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines.
- Assist with the inventory and maintenance of kitchen supplies and equipment.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and ensure a clean kitchen area.
- Collaborate with the rest of the kitchen staff to ensure a smooth operation and an exceptional dining experience for guests.
- Provide input to menu development based on guest feedback and food trends.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Candidates must have a minimum of a High/Senior High School degree.
- Experience Level: Open to individuals with less than 1 year of experience, including fresh graduates.
- Skills and Competencies: Applicants should possess Cook Skill proficiency, adhere to Kitchen Hygiene standards, be Customer Oriented, and have strong Attention to Details.
- Responsibilities and Duties: The Kitchen Crew is responsible for food preparation, maintaining a clean workspace, complying with food safety regulations, and supporting the kitchen team to deliver high-quality dishes.
- Working Conditions: Job requires standing for long periods, working in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Qualities and Traits: We seek dedicated, punctual, and cooperative individuals who can work effectively in a team and adapt quickly to a dynamic kitchen environment.
