Description

Customer Service: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive dining experience.

Order Taking: Accurately take customer orders and process payments using the point-of-sale (POS) system.

Food Preparation: Assist in food preparation and assembly as per standard recipes and quality guidelines.

Dining Area Maintenance: Keep dining and service areas clean and organized, including tables, floors, and utensils.

Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of menu items and daily specials to provide informed recommendations.

Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service operations.

Problem Resolution: Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and effectively to enhance satisfaction.

Inventory Management: Assist in monitoring stock levels and notifying management of any shortages.

Safety Compliance: Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a clean and safe working environment.

Training: Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new menu items, services, and procedures.

Requirements

Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Experience: Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus but not mandatory.

Customer Service Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with customers.

Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Multitasking Ability: Capability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively during busy periods.

Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in order taking and food preparation.

Flexibility: Willingness to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks, including lifting and carrying items.

Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to address customer issues and complaints promptly and courteously.

Safety Awareness: Understanding of health and safety regulations in a food service environment.
