A Service Crew member is responsible for providing excellent customer service in a variety of settings, including restaurants, fast-food outlets, or retail environments.


Their key responsibilities typically include:

  • Customer Service: Greet and assist customers, take orders, and address any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Order Handling: Prepare and serve food or beverages, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards.
  • Cash Handling: Process transactions, handle cash, and operate point-of-sale systems.
  • Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas, including dining spaces and kitchen areas.
  • Stock Management: Replenish stock as needed and assist with inventory management.
  • Team Collaboration: Work effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations and efficient service.
  • Health & Safety: Adhere to hygiene and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for both customers and staff.
  • Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are crucial for this role.

Requirements :

  • 1-5 years experience
  • At least High school/ Senior High school diploma
