Description

  • Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
  • Order Taking: Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems to take orders, process payments, and handle customer inquiries about menu items.
  • Food Preparation: Assist in basic food preparation tasks, such as assembling food items, packing orders, and ensuring that all food items meet quality standards.
  • Serving Food: Deliver food and beverages to customers at their tables or through a service counter, ensuring that orders are accurate and presented properly.
  • Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms by cleaning tables, disposing of waste, and washing dishes as needed.
  • Stocking Supplies: Replenish condiments, utensils, napkins, and other supplies to ensure availability for customers and smooth operations.
  • Compliance: Adhere to health and safety regulations, including food safety standards, sanitation practices, and company policies.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure efficient operations during peak hours and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Customer Feedback: Respond to customer feedback, handle complaints with a positive attitude, and escalate issues to the supervisor when necessary.

Requirement

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a food service, hospitality, or retail environment is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Skills: Basic math skills for handling transactions and making change. Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
  • Customer Service: Strong customer service skills
