As a Front of House Staff, you’ll be the face of Southbank Cafe + Lounge — greeting guests with a warm smile, guiding them through our menu, and ensuring they have a top-tier dining experience from start to finish. You’ll work closely with the rest of the team to maintain a smooth, enjoyable service.

• Welcome and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system
• Deliver orders efficiently while ensuring guest satisfaction
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
• Provide recommendations and upsell menu items when appropriate
• Handle billing and payment transactions
• Collaborate with team members and support other roles as needed

• No experience required.
• Previous experience in similar cafe or bar set up is a bonus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
