Description
- Greet and assist guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the lobby area.
- Provide information about hotel amenities and services to guests.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a smooth guest experience.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: Entry-level (0–2 years)
- Skills and Competencies: Customer service, friendly attitude, hardworking, good communication skills
- Qualities and Traits: Positive demeanor, team-oriented, and detail-focused
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist with maintaining lobby operations and guest satisfaction
