I’M Hotel is looking for a passionate and customer-focused Service Ambassador to join our hospitality team.

Qualifications:

• College graduate (Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related course)

• With experience in hotel, restaurant, or hospitality service

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Friendly, professional, and presentable

• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist hotel guests with their needs

• Provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction

• Coordinate with different hotel departments

• Maintain a positive and professional image of the hotel
