Description

  • Greet Visitors: Welcome guests warmly, answer inquiries, and direct them as needed.
  • Answer Phones: Manage incoming calls, transfer them to appropriate staff, and take messages.
  • Schedule Appointments: Book meetings, appointments, and maintain the reception calendar.
  • Handle Mail and Packages: Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries.
  • Maintain Records: Keep visitor logs, update records, and manage data entry tasks.
  • Assist with Admin Tasks: Support basic clerical duties like filing, copying, and faxing.
  • Keep Reception Area Tidy: Ensure the lobby is clean, organized, and presentable.
  • Provide Information: Offer directions, and answer questions about the company and its services.

Requirement

  • Skills Needed: Good communication, organization, customer service skills, and multitasking.
  • At least High school graduate
  • 1 -3 years of experience
