We're looking for a dynamic and experienced Waiter Supervisor to join our team at a [BAR]. You'll be responsible for leading and motivating our wait staff, ensuring smooth operations, and creating a memorable experience for every guest.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage wait staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Maintain efficient service flow, coordinate with bar staff, and manage reservations.
• Create a lively atmosphere, promoting the restobar's unique ambiance and encouraging guest interaction.
• Provide exceptional customer service, resolving complaints promptly and ensuring a welcoming experience.
• Promote the restobar's menu, drink specials, and events to guests.
• Ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene standards, maintaining consistent quality and presentation.
• Assist with inventory management, ensuring adequate stock levels and placing orders.
• Assist with managing wait staff tips and reporting sales and revenue accurately.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and company policies.

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry, ideally in a restobar environment.
• Strong understanding of restobar operations, including table service, customer service, food and beverage knowledge, and sanitation practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership abilities to manage and motivate a team.
• Passion for customer satisfaction and creating a welcoming experience.
• Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stress effectively.
• Ability to stand for long periods, carry trays, and move around the restobar quickly.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
