The company is seeking a skilled and motivated Virtual Assistant to join their team, with a strong focus on driving sales and enhancing marketing strategies. The ideal candidate must have a deep understanding of the beauty and cosmetics industry, combined with exceptional SEO writing skills and technical expertise in e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities include:

• SEO Writing & Optimization: Create and optimize product descriptions, blog content, and landing pages to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.

• Shopify Website Management: Handle Shopify coding tasks, including template adjustments, product page customization, and ensuring seamless user experience.

• Google Search Console & Indexing: Monitor website performance, resolve indexing issues, and improve website visibility using Google Console tools.

• Ahrefs & Keyword Strategy: Utilize Ahrefs to analyze backlinks, keyword performance, and competition, recommending strategies to improve rankings and visibility.

• Content Strategy: Collaborate with the team to develop new content ideas that resonate with beauty and cosmetics audiences, driving both organic and paid traffic.

• Sales Optimization: Provide insights and strategies to optimize conversion rates on Shopify, increase customer engagement, and drive overall sales.

• Marketing Support: Assist in the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and influencer collaborations.

Must Haves

• 5+ years of experience in SEO optimization

• Portfolio of previously managed accounts demonstrating sales growth

• Proven experience in SEO writing, particularly in the beauty and cosmetics sector.

• Proficiency in Shopify coding and website management.

• Strong knowledge of Google Console, Ahrefs, and keyword analysis.

• Ability to identify growth opportunities and offer actionable insights to boost sales.

• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

• Passion for the beauty and cosmetics industry, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.

Nice to Haves

• Experience with social media marketing and content creation.

• Knowledge of email marketing platforms and campaign management.
