Provide excellent customer support by assisting customers with product inquiries, account concerns, basic technical troubleshooting, device or service-related issues, billing questions, order status, warranty information, returns, and general consumer support needs.
Deliver clear, accurate, and timely solutions while maintaining a positive customer experience and guiding customers through available products, services, or support options.
Qualifications:
At least 6 months of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) knowledge with digital ads management.
Experience managing digital advertising campaigns, analyzing performance data, and supporting clients across major advertising platforms, including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook & Instagram Ads (Meta), LinkedIn Ads, X (Twitter) Ads, TikTok Ads, Amazon Ads, Microsoft Ads (Bing), Snapchat Ads
- Graduate of at least High School or Senior High School
