The Junior SEO Specialist drives client growth by enhancing digital visibility and optimizing online engagement. They provide strategic guidance to the Digital Marketing and Recruitment Heads, ensuring data-driven decisions that boost search visibility, website traffic, and conversions. The role focuses on making search engine visibility using PPC and SEO to drive traffic, leads, and ROI.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns, including keyword research, budgeting, and performance improvements
• Implement SEO strategies, monitor site health, and align PPC insights with content and organic efforts
• Set up tracking (GTM, GA4), analyze data, and generate reports to guide strategy

Requirements

• Proficient in Google Ads, GA4, and Search Console, with basic technical knowledge (tracking, HTML/CMS)
• Strong copywriting, attention to detail, and team collaboration skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, with experience in PPC and digital marketing
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills; knowledge of SEO, social media, and current trends is a plus
• Amenable to work full time onsite in España, Manila
