DIGITAL MARKETING ASSOCIATE – SEO

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Associate owns SEO, and content creation for Starlight Business Consulting is expected to bring forward new strategies that strengthen the company's digital presence and long-term visibility. This is an entry-level opportunity, and candidates with relevant internship, freelance, academic, or work experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing SEO strategies to improve website visibility and search rankings.
• Perform keyword research, on-page SEO, and basic website optimization.
• Assist in creating, updating, and maintaining company websites and landing pages.
• Support website development and troubleshooting using HTML, CSS, WordPress, or similar platforms.
• Monitor website performance, traffic, and SEO metrics using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
• Research competitors' content and backlink opportunities to identify new ranking opportunities.
• Own the content calendar: proposing new content ideas, formats, and priorities based on what drives visibility, rankings, and growth.
• Coordinate with the marketing to repurpose high-visibility content into lead-generation and prospecting assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, Communications, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates and entry-level applicants are welcome to apply.
• Preferably with experience in SEO, digital marketing, WordPress, or web development through work, internship, freelance projects, or school projects.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS, WordPress, SEO tools, and Google Analytics/Search Console is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
