We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team at the Philippine CSI Office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and delivering complex projects, ensuring they meet the department’s financial goals and quality standards. The Senior Project Manager will be instrumental in developing new projects, managing resources, and proactively identifying and mitigating risks.

• Allocate resources, including team members and budgets, to ensure the project aligns with financial goals.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring delivery tasks are completed to standard.
• Identify and mitigate known and unknown risks in projects.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to Microsoft best practices.
• Solve complex project issues and make informed decisions to ensure project progress.
• Maintain excellent document management habits, including requirements, design documents, and reports.
• Communicate project status, progress, and issues proactively to stakeholders.
• Regularly report project progress and upcoming plans to leadership.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in development and testing, with at least 5 years in project management.
• Proficiency in project management and testing tools used in software development.
• Experience in leading and delivering at least one software development project.
• Familiarity with Microsoft’s technology stack (e.g., C#, .NET, Windows, Azure, SQL Server, SharePoint, Dynamics).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Excellent time management, task prioritization, and stress management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP or Microsoft-related technical certifications.
• Experience managing multi-team collaborations.
• Experience in Microsoft business expansion.
• Experience with cloud-scale infrastructure and big-data analysis.
• Proven track record of delivering multi-component projects.
• Ability to partner with multiple engineering teams to achieve business goals.

• Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Experience Level: Minimum of 5 years, preferably 10 years of project management experience.
• Skills and Competencies: Proficient in project management software, excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
